The Senior Development Lead candidate should be a senior resource, with multiple years in increasing responsibilities in IS application development, and should have the ability to:

• Analyze and qualify external customers' functional and system web project requirements and business rules
• Translate client requirements into overall solutions for technological solutions
• Transform overall solutions into a detail design for development
• Create detail project plans with PM that support the design and build of solutions
• Guide development team staff to implement according to detail designs and best practices
• Use written and verbal skills to effectively build customer trust and advise customers regarding project decisions
• Make design and implementation decisions that fit the overall project objectives, including schedule, cost, feature, and quality criteria
• Learn and understand new technologies quickly
• Author, read, and interpret complex code
• Design and develop: SQL Server databases that correctly map to business requirements and strongly enforce data integrity; Web applications, Windows applications, and Web Services, using Visual Studio .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Interactive Web user-interfaces using DHTML, JavaScript, and XML
• XML data feed transformation and load processes using XSLT

Additional Experience
The best candidate will also have experience in:

• Designing and building full-featured Web sites, including membership, personalization, security, dynamic content, automated notifications and complex database interfaces
• Managing development and testing teams from project qualification through delivery, including planning projects, and developing requirements and design documents
• Supporting external clients in a Professional Services Business Model (5 years minimum)
• Developing solutions with the following technologies and capabilities:
  • Passport authentication
  • SQL Server Notification Services
  • Content localization
