The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 3-5+ years experience
• Experience writing test plans and cases; experience includes reviewing functional requirements and detailed design specs in order to develop effective test plans and cases
• Ability to introduce and improve QA processes (candidate should have a passion for the QA discipline)
• Previous experience leading QA processes from start to finish
• White box testing experience; candidate should have the ability to research bug to determine where code is failing and to provide detailed bug information to the developer, including stack traces, event log information, and SQL profiler outputs

Additional Preferred Skills and Experience:

• SQL query skills
• Automated testing experience
• Database scripting experience
• Windows® scripting host experience
• Knowledge of testing C# applications
