The candidate will have the following experience:

• Excellent leadership and communications skills – written and oral
• 6-8+ years experience as a Project or Program manager - PMP certification is a plus
• Managing Large Full Life Cycle Application development projects (>7 person team and > 6 month duration)
• Lead JAD/Focus groups for requirement development – facilitation training a plus
• Estimating and managing project budgets to project plans and goals
• Experience with evaluating, managing and mitigating risk
• Managing computer application development projects for external clients in a professional services environment
• Strong client management experience
• Experience working with third party venders creating Software and Hardware solutions and recommendations
• Software engineering experience dealing with clients as well as estimating the cost and evaluation for the project
• Bright, eclectic and with a sense of humor

The candidate will have the following skills:

• Has authored Requirements Documents
• Knows Change Management discipline
• Development of Project Plan schedule with critical path, minimized task list and dependency criteria

Responsibilities of Project Manager at RedTech:

• Manage customer relationship and expectations
• Develop Statements of Work for client engagements
• Explain development process to customer
• Coordinate Project Resources
• Execute Project Plan and schedule, Execute Test/QA Plan and schedule
• Document customer requirements, business rules, workflow, and architecture
• Manage END-TO-END development team (including any external components and/or short term members, i.e. technical writers, that augment the team)
