Client Satisfaction Survey - The Results are in!  
 

RedTech completed our Client Satisfaction Survey for 2009 and the results were excellent!  For the category “Overall Performance,” RedTech received an average score of 91 out of 100!  This is particularly strong performance when compared to the average Gold Certified Partner score of 63.  RedTech leveraged Microsoft’s Client Satisfaction survey which measures Satisfaction in 5 key areas:  NSAT, Client Loyalty Segmentation, Revenue Impact, Loyalty and Overall Performance.
